Hand-Carved Horizons Pvt. Ltd. is the publisher of this site. This page says what an enquiry sends us. It is the working policy. Counsel should review it before launch.

What you send

The callback form asks for a name and a phone number. The quiz asks what kind of trip, who is travelling, how many, and when. A name and a city are optional, and the quiz does not ask for a phone number, because WhatsApp identifies the sender. The gift form asks for a plan, the recipient’s name, and an occasion. If you arrived from a campaign link, the UTM parameters from that link are stored with the enquiry.

Where it goes

The form is received by a function on this site. If a sheet or CRM address has been configured, the same enquiry is forwarded there for the membership team. If you continue to WhatsApp, that conversation is with WhatsApp as well as with us.

Analytics

When Cloudflare Zaraz is connected, page events can be sent to Google Analytics 4 and a Meta pixel. Those tags are not written into the page. Until Zaraz is connected, events stay in the browser only.

How long

An enquiry is kept while the conversation about membership is open, and for as long as the account requires after that. Write to members@handcarvedhorizons.com to ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a membership.
