This site is published by Hand-Carved Horizons Pvt. Ltd.. It describes a private travel membership. It is not a shop, and a page on it is not a confirmed booking.

Membership

A founding contribution opens a circle: family, friends, a student group, or a solo traveller. Travel credits then sit on that account and can move across journeys. The figures on the membership pages are the published contribution and the published credits.

An application is a request. The membership team confirms it in writing, on WhatsApp or by email, before a contribution is taken.

Journeys

Case studies and occasion pages show the shape of a journey. Dates, houses, and the final plan are agreed with the concierge. They are not held by visiting the page.

Payment

This site does not take payment. At launch, a contribution is paid by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), UPI, or cheque. The membership team confirms it and sends a receipt. EMI is not offered.

A group may split the contribution. The lead registers the circle and receives a reference code. Each person pays their share quoting that code, and receives a receipt. The team records the shares and starts the membership once they are complete. If the circle is not fully paid by the date the concierge sets, every share is returned to the account it came from.

Who holds the credits if a member later leaves the circle is confirmed in writing before any share is paid. Credit expiry, the refund window, and what happens if no trip suits you are confirmed in the same note. That note is part of the agreement.

A gift membership is the same contribution, in another person’s name. A digital certificate is issued once the offline payment is confirmed.

The site

We may change a page as the membership changes. The version you are shown at the time you apply is the one the team will confirm against.
